Richard Savage
Richard has been a sales and marketing specialist since 1967 having worked for multi-nationals in the publishing and oil industries in their international sales and marketing divisions. For Caxton Publishing Company Limited (a subsidiary of the British Printing Corporation), Richard was in charge of trouble-shooting and training for their Asian and European offices, finding solutions to the problems in these offices as and when they occurred. In 1991, he was appointed sales and marketing manager for Petronas, the state-owned Malaysian oil company.
With over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Richard was the key consultant in putting together project financing deals for his partners and in 1993, he was instrumental in the sourcing, negotiating and execution of projects in DPRK. He has since that time established strong relationships, both business and personal within the DPRK and has successfully established and developed a modern telecommunications project in the Rajin-Sonbong Economic and Trade Zone, DPRK. Richard is currently a shareholder of this company, Loxley Pacific Company Limited.
Richard has co-operated with the management of the General Bureau for Co-operation with International Organisation, Ministry of Foreign Trade for the past years and is instrumental in ensuring the below but not limited to;

Trina Savage
Trina has 25+ years experience in 360 integrated marketing communications and strategic marketing for Master planning helping companies lay the groundwork for the future. She is also an implementation specialist working on trending projects to deliver interesting 360 solutions to solve everyday challenges.

Piloted and successfully launched the organizational transformation project with Sri Lanka National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA) and helped them digitalize their ESME database for data analytics and physically trained 300 NEDA District Government officers on its use and outreach.

She is also an advisor to non-profit Initiative Brands For Good (formed with IPOS Intellectual Property of Singapore and IIPCC International IP Commercialization Council of Singapore), inspiring SMEs to become purposeful brands and make positive changes in areas of Sustainability, Business, Capital and Technology.
Trina actively volunteers in her community and recently initiated a sustainability program to introduce 15,000 households to grow edibles in their homes. She holds an MBA from the University of Leicester UK and a degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
